Services affected by Daylight Savings

A number of services will be affected by Daylight Savings on Sunday 27 October


Due to the occurrence of Daylight Savings on Saturday night 26 October into Sunday morning, 27 October 2024, the following services will operate as follows:

Route 2, Wexford/Dublin: 2am service from Wexford will operate as per ‘old’ time.

Route 22, Ballina/Dublin: 1am service from Ballina will operate as per ‘old’ time.

Route 23, Dublin/Sligo: 1am service from Sligo will operate as per ‘old’ time.

Route 30/X30, Donegal/Dublin: 1am service from Donegal will operate as per ‘old time’ (X30), 2:30am service from Donegal will operate as per ‘new time’ (30)

Route 32, Dublin/Letterkenny: 1:45am service from Letterkenny will operate as per ‘old’ time.

Route 101, Drogheda/Busáras: All departures from 2am onwards will operate as new winter time in both directions.

Route 109A, Kells/DAP/Busáras: All departures from 02:00 onwards will operate as new winter time in both directions.

“Fill a Bus for Meals on Wheels” Dundalk Appeal, Thursday 28 November

Bus Éireann is supporting Meals on Wheels Dundalk this Christmas, appealing for contributions for the elderly and those with mobility issues in the area. On Thursday, 28 November a bus will be reserved for the day to accept donations from members of the public in Dundalk bus station at The Long Walk, from 9.30am to 3pm.
